Picture Wednesday – November 1, 2012

Happy Post-Halloween and Picture Wednesday! For this week’s post, we have a beautiful picture from the 2011 Holiday Fundraiser. It was an evening of music, food, and drink to raise money for the 2012 festival.

This winter, we will be using Fractured Atlas again for our online fund drive. Fractured Atlas is a website which will host the drive and allow people to view the campaign and donate money. There will be information and a video about the festival. Also on the site there will be information about the various fun thank-you-gifts for each of the donating levels.

So keep your antenna up as our Fractured Atlas campaign will be up and running soon!

The Women Composers Festival of Hartford promotes the music of contemporary and historical women composers.

The WCFH embraces diversity of race, ethnicity, and ability, and empowers artists from underrepresented groups who identify as women, including transgender and gender-fluid individuals, women of color, indigenous groups, LGBTQ, and the differently abled. We warmly invite and welcome all attendees. Our annual Festival is accessible for all those with mobility, visual, and/or hearing impairments.

The Americans with Disabilities Act Grievance Procedure:
Complaints concerning discrimination on the basis of disability by the Women Composers Festival of Hartford may be sent to Deborah Szajnberg at womencomposersfestivalhartford@gmail.com. Our ADA Coordinator will contact the complainant within 15 calendar days after receipt of the complaint to discuss the matters raised in the complaint, and will respond in writing within 15 days of the discussion.
