Dr. Mary Lee Morrison is an independent scholar, author, educator and activist whose work over the past twenty-five years has focused on the theory and practice of educating for peace. In addition to having taught a variety of courses at several local universities over many years, as well as leading workshops in formal and informal educational settings, she is the past founding president of a grass-roots networking center for peace education based in Hartford, Connecticut and the author or co-author of several books and numerous journal articles.
